I highly recommend The Resting Bee! My son is 20 months and we were definitely begging him to sleep. With Brooke's help he now LOVES his room, LOVES sleep and mom and dad go out and don't worry.
KOURTNEY
You can tell [my son has] gotten into a routine and used to it... 7pm or a little after we do a bath and then get ready for bed and he is always OUT immediately!!! And sleeps all night till I wake him! If he does wake, it's very very brief, he find his thumb and is right back out!! And we've now X'd the late evening nap and he has been fine!
KENDALL
I tried to hype it up even more this morning and let her know about the camera and sound machine and all the things and she got excited and said "I just couldn't do it when I was 3 because I was younger but I can do it now!"
KELSEA
I just want you to know you've literally changed our entire mindset around his sleep. We use to think we had to be tied to him, and he wasn't able to sleep alone, now he's laying down for naps along and not crying, and only doing one night feed and going right back to sleep vs the 3-4 times a night feedings.
